Shipping Policy
Éditions Vaudreuil is committed to offering a fast, reliable and economical delivery service throughout Canada.
Order processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days of receipt.
During periods of high demand (back to school, holidays), processing time may be slightly extended.
Delivery methods and times
Standard Delivery : 3-7 business days after order processing.
Express Delivery : 1-3 business days after order processing (if available).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carriers used.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination.
For orders over a certain amount (e.g. $75), standard shipping may be free.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Shipping addresses
Deliveries are made to valid residential or business addresses.
PO boxes are not accepted for express deliveries.
Delivery problems
Delays : If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Damaged Products : If a product arrives damaged, notify us within 5 business days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address : If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges may apply.

Return policy
Éditions Vaudreuil accepts returns of merchandise without penalty for a period of 30 days following the date of purchase, for an exchange or refund.
General conditions:
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and in perfect condition for resale.
Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
Exceptions:
The following items are not exchangeable or refundable:
Books and magazines.
Clearance products.
Gift cards.
Return procedure:
In-store: Come to our store with the product to be returned and the original receipt. Our staff will be happy to process your return or exchange.
By mail: Contact our customer service by email at support@editionsvaudreuil.ca or by telephone at (450) 455-7974 to obtain a return authorization and the necessary instructions.
Carefully package the product to be returned and include the original receipt.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the cases mentioned below.

Return costs will be covered by Les Éditions Vaudreuil in the following situations:
You have not received the product(s) ordered.
You received an item that was defective or damaged upon delivery.
The product does not match the description or image presented on our website.
In these cases, please contact our customer service to arrange the return at no additional cost.
Refunds:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable time frame.
